Eligibility Criteria

To use Sumato ERP, you must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter legally binding contracts on behalf of your company or yourself. You must agree that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

• “Platform” refers to the Sumato ERP system, which can be accessed through info@sumatoerp.com and its subdomains.
• “User” refers to any individual or group that is granted access to the platform.
• “Client” refers to the individual or legal party who has signed a subscription or licensing agreement with us.
• “Services” refers to all modules, features, data handling, and support offered by Sumato ERP.

Account Registration & Security

To access most features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensure that activity under your account complies with these terms.
• Immediately report if you notice any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if misuse or security concerns are identified.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Sumato ERP following these terms and your subscription agreement.

Subscription & Payment

Sumato ERP is available only through a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be specified in a separate order form or service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or limited data access.

Service Availability & Updates

We try to maintain high availability, but we cannot guarantee continuous access. We may conduct maintenance or upgrades that affect performance or availability. You have to understand that updates and new features may be implemented automatically.

Data Ownership & Protection

Ownership: You own all of the data that you upload or generate in Sumato ERP.

Protection: We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but we are not liable for losses caused by your negligence or third-party breaches.

Data Access: You can export your data during your subscription period. Following termination, data retention or deletion will adhere to our data retention policy.

Third-Party Tools

Sumato ERP may work with third-party applications or services. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the content, privacy practices, or performance of those third parties. Your use of such services is subject to their terms.

Intellectual Property

Sumato ERP owns all intellectual property, including its design, software code, features, and trademarks. You are not permitted to reproduce, resell, or create derivative works based on our services without prior written permission.

Termination & Suspension

We can suspend or terminate your access to the platform if:

• You violate these terms and/or applicable laws.
• You fail to pay the appropriate fees.
• Your actions are harmful to our platform, users, and systems.

Access to services will be discontinued upon termination, and your data may be retained or deleted in accordance with our policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or resulting damages.
• Data, revenue, or business opportunities may be lost.
• Any claim that does not meet the amount paid by you within the previous six (6) months.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is delivered “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or hidden, including merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, and non-infringement.

Liability Protection

You agree to oblige and hold Sumato ERP, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claim, liability, or expense resulting from your misuse of the platform or breach of these terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

 Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of the United States.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, along with their new effective dates. Continued use after such changes indicates acceptance.

Complete Agreement

These terms, along with any applicable service agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sumato ERP.
